Our guest rooms are not places freely open to the public. We welcome you to our home and we are not hospitality professionals.

Article 1 - Reservation

Your reservation will become effective once you have sent us by email or by post, within a week:

1 / deposit equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding tourist taxes)

2 / the signed reservation contract (one copy for you, one for us)

and that we will have acknowledged receipt by email.

Only the persons mentioned on the reservation will be authorized to enter the premises.

Article 2 - Cancellation

Any cancellation (article 1590 of the civil code):

If it occurs more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will remain for us in full.

If it occurs less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will remain fully acquired with the right to claim the full amount of the reservation from you.

In the event of interruption of stay, the total price of the stay will remain with us.

As a result , we will inform you by email as soon as possible. You will receive double the amounts paid within a maximum of one month.

Article 4 - Arrivals

Arrivals are between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. After these hours, an agreement will have to be found.

Payment of the remaining balance is to be made on the day of your arrival (by check, credit card, holiday vouchers or cash) as well as the tourist tax (per adult and per day).

Article 5 - Departures

Departures are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. You agree to return the rooms in perfect condition and to leave all the objects present in the premises.

You will be responsible for any soiling and damage that you may cause. Please let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, we could notify the competent authorities.

Article 6 - Breakfasts

Breakfasts are served in the dining room (or on the terrace when the weather permits) between 8 am and 9:30 am .

Article 7 - Use of the premises

You must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination.

You are not allowed to store, eat, drink sodas or alcohol in the rooms (you have a courtesy tray with the possibility of making yourself a tea or a coffee). You can eat in the garden on the picnic tables).

We decline all responsibility in the event of the disappearance of valuables left in rooms or parked cars.

Minors are under the full responsibility and supervision of their parents or a legal guardian.

Only throw toilet paper in the toilets, a trash can is at your disposal. Don't run the water unnecessarily. Turn off the lights when you leave. Towels and sheets are provided, but not bath towels.

Article 8 - Animals

Animals are not allowed. We have a cat, Dolly, who is homebody and doesn't like to share her space. It is of course prohibited from room!

Article 9 - WIFI

You can connect to WIFI for free. (code in the room)

Downloads and viewing of illegal sites are not permitted.

Article 10 - Cigarette and electronic cigarette

In accordance with decree n ° 2006-1386 of 15/11/06 and n ° 2017-633 of 27/04/17, it is forbidden to smoke or vape in places of collective use, such as the swimming pool or the garden. An ashtray is however available on the suite's private terrace. Do not smoke or vape in the rooms.

Article 11 - Respect for the environment and local economy

We are sensitive to the protection of the environment and favor local producers. We use natural products: soaps, cleaning products and foodstuffs.

Simple and not very restrictive measures can participate in this citizen process:
